The wide variety of actions that occur during the taekwondo combat in opposition conditions, the instability of the rules, and the rapid technological advances it has; are particularities that demand to learn wide diversity of combined actions. This wide variety of actions will allow the taekwondo players to adapt easily to the different situations that are created during the combat.Today the combined actions that are being practiced in classes are limited to the experience of each instructor, the competitive actions trend and the restricted curriculum that most of the taekwondo schools have. This situation creates a contradiction between the small number of combined actions that are practiced, and the infinite variety of combined actions that exist.To face this problem, this book emerges as a methodological tool capable of accurately assisting instructors and practitioners. Here the author presents innovative definitions, characterizes the combat modality, selects and explains each of the technical elements that will be integrated into the combined actions, establishes a combination list of two and three elements organized by belt rank, and explains how and when to teach them.Alain Alvarez is a Master in Sports Science with a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and Black Belt 4th Dan Kukkiwon.
