- High Rake & Lower Helix Design: High relief design produces sharper edge for improved shearing action while transferring heat into the chip, lower helix reduces lifting forces, making design preferable for fiber-reinforced applications and vacuum table setups.
- Single Flute and Sharp Edge: 1 flute is for faster rates compared to conventional multi-flute tools. The unique single cutting edge design creates more space for chip evacuation, allowing faster feed rates and higher chip loads, designd for improved shearing action while transferring heat into the chip.
- Upcut End Mill: Right hand spiral, right hand cut can minimize upward forces. The bottom surface of the workpiece will be cleanly cut with as little chips as possible.
