- IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: These are Island Dressings. The absorbent pad is the island surrounded by an adhesive border. The overall size of dressing is the number given in the description – there is a 1” adhesive border around the whole dressing – this makes the actual size of the absorbent pad smaller by 1” on all four sides. Please see pictures for more information.
