ALTRA M LONE PEAK HIKER 2

Altra Lone Peak Hiker 2 Men's are mid-height hiking boots that combine Altra's signature comfort with a premium fit and durable suede upper. They feature Altra's Original FootShape Fit, which makes them roomy and great for hikers with wide feet, bunions, or feet that swell with activity. These boots also have a roomy toe box, zero-drop footbed, and lightweight construction. Reviews note that they are exceptionally comfortable, lightweight, and supportive around the ankle, but have mixed opinions on stability and traction

Our thoughts:

• Exceptionally comfortable
• Astonishingly lightweight for a high-ankle boot
• Performs consistently in cold conditions
• Superb durability
• Decent moisture resistance

Things to consider:

• There are mixed reviews regarding the grip compared to other boots in this class.
• Some users felt like they didn't feel as stable as other high-ankle boots they've worn.
• Like most high-ankles, they are slower to put on and take off of your feet.
