*Each Reclaimed Barnwood Piece is unique. Characteristics include saw marks, multiple wood species allowing for varying shades/colors/tones, pit holes, knots, etc.
Refined, sophisticated and ready to occupy a portion of your living room, our Amish Kimbolton Sofa in Reclaimed Barnwood is a magnificent piece of furniture. It is made from reclaimed barnwood, giving a second life to wood that would have gone to the landfill. Instead, we recycle it, turning it into gorgeous, one-of-a-kind pieces like the sofa. The unique patterns on the barnwood reflect its first life, often in an actual barn or other farm building.
Buying American-made is vital to our customers, and the Amish make all our pieces in the United States. Our artisans strive for authenticity. They rely on traditional techniques that older generations teach the younger ones, like mortise and tenon jointing. They also use only hand or pneumatic tools because the Amish never employ electricity in their work.
You can customize your sofa with lovely fabrics or even leather. Whatever you pick, you get a durable piece that will last for years. We can answer your questions about our monthly specials on our homepage or provide further details on the Amish Kimbolton Sofa in Reclaimed Barnwood.
