Fusarium ssp. Testing

This test screens for Fusarium species, soil-borne fungi that cause vascular wilt, root rot, stem and foot rot, leaf lesions, and fruit rot in many crops

Recommended use: Ideal when performance declines in soil-based systems or after reusing substrate.

Pythium ssp. Testing

Detects Pythium species, water-mold pathogens responsible for damping‑off, root rot, and cottony blight in hydroponic systems. Useful for testing water films, slabs, or root tissue

Recommended use: Recommended at the first signs of brown root tips, slime in reservoirs, or during sanitation checks before and after crop cycles.

Hop Latent Viroid (HLvd)

HLVd is a circular, single‑stranded RNA viroid linked to stunted growth, dudding, and reduced terpene expression. This test helps confirm infection at any growth stage and is critical for nurseries and new genetics sourcing

Recommended use: Test all incoming clones or seeds; also recommended bi‑annually for mother stock.

What To Expect: We will ship the appropriate sample holder and accompanying instructions, along with a prepaid return label, if requested, for sending it back to our facility. Report delivery ranges from 2–3 business days (HLVd) to 1–2 weeks (Fusarium and Pythium), after which one of our Cultivation Advisors will contact you to discuss the next steps.
