Backcountry Bamboo

A new concept of trekking pole with a unique combination of natural and high-tech materials. The middle segment is stiff, lightweight carbon fiber and the lower segment is aluminum alloy for maximum resistance. The upper segment is bamboo which is a wonderful natural material for trekking poles. It is lightweight and does not get cold to the touch. The bamboo also gives the poles a vintage look with elements of cork and wood. The bottom segment is marked with graduations to dial in the length quickly and easily. The handle is foam with a cork top for a very comfortable grip and differentiated ergonomic wrist loops (right and left) to further increase comfort. The tips are carbide for the best traction and durability.
