- THE ORIGINAL “MAKE YOUR OWN WHISKEY” BOOTLEG KIT - Includes everything (but the alcohol) you need to make a fine batch of whiskey aged to perfection in a wood charred oak barrel. HOW DOES IT WORK? Cure your oak barrel, pour grain alcohol, neutral vodka (non flavored) or moonshine into the barrel along with your Swish Barrel Essence. Give a good shake and in just two weeks, your one-of-a-kind blend will be aged to perfection.
- CHALKBOARD CUSTOMIZATION – Write your custom text to right on the barrel! Make this the perfect gift for wine, whiskey, bourbon, scotch or rum spirit enthusiasts. Handcrafted personalized barrels can be used for many years and make great décor for the home bar, kitchen, billiard room, video room, home theater or in the Man Cave. Makes a great gift for Dad, Grandpa, Uncles and even Mom and Grandma! They need a stiff drink too!
- AVAILABLE IN MULTIPLE SIZES - 1 Liter 6.5" x 4.5" x 4.5" inches, 2 Liter 7.5" x 5" x 5" inches, 3 Liter 8.5" x 5.5" x 5.5" inches and 5 Liter 9.5" x 6.5" x 6.5" inches. As these barrels are handmade and the thickness of each stave varies, the actual liquid content of the spirits may vary as well.
- BARREL AGED COCKTAILS – Perfect for aging cocktails such as Manhattans, Negroni, Old Fashions, Sazerac, Boulevardier, Mint Julep, Wine, Kombucha or Wine Vinegar. Don’t forget the barrel aged Martini which have been showing up in bars and restaurants nationwide. This DIY craft takes flavor from the charred staves and infuses them into the spirits to procure the superb taste connoisseurs enjoy. After your spirit experimenting is done, dispense wine on the kitchen table or use for decoration.
- BOOTLEG KIT INCLUDES - American White Oak Barrel with chalkboard front and chalk, wooden stand, wood bung, spigot, essence flavorings (1 bottle per liter), Funnel, Barrel Restoration Kit and the Bootlegger’s Bible Book. THIS IS A PARTY IN A BOX WAITING TO HAPPEN! Become a legal Bootlegger, Moonshiner, Rumrunner, Swashbuckler, Outlaw, Whisky Peddler, or just have fun and enjoy aging your spirits.
