- Secure and stylish hold for suspenders, braces, and overalls: Keep trousers, work pants, military trousers, jeans, and tuxedos perfectly in place with this 12-button military spec Style 4 suspender set that anchors button-on suspenders and trouser braces with confidence. Compatible with all common styles including Y-back suspenders, X-back suspenders, fabric-end braces, overalls, side braces, denim and leather-end suspenders, this set prevents slipping while preserving a tailored drape.
- Perfect fit for all brace styles: Each brace pant button measures the industry-standard 17mm (27L, 0.675 inch) for seamless compatibility with common suspender loops. The profile is a 5-ligne thickness (≈0.125 in) for a sturdy fit. A polished finish and low-profile, snag-free edges protect fabric ends from wear, while rounded rims glide through waistbands for easy installation on dress trousers, suit pants, military trousers, work pants, and denim.
- Heavy-duty melamine for daily wear: Molded from industrial-strength, fire-retardant melamine-formaldehyde composition, these suspender buttons resist cracking, chalking, and fading in sunlight, heat, and frequent laundering. Designated as Type 1 and Class 1 (formerly Class D) under Federal Specification A-A-59994 (formerly V-B-871F), these military terms confirm their quality and composition, delivering a compressive strength of ≥ 1000 lb (ASTM D695).
- Easy DIY installation and simple care: Create a custom, reliable fit with the classic six-button layout. Sew buttons in pairs 2.5 to 4 inches apart—one pair at the center back and two pairs at the front on either side of the fly. The even 4-hole pattern guides thread for secure stitches that sit flat and resist twisting. Buttons are machine washable and dry-clean safe, so upkeep stays low-maintenance for everyday wear and black-tie looks.
- Proudly made in the USA: ButtonMode sources top-tier American industrial melamine and manufactures under rigorous standards. The 12-button set outfits two pairs of trousers for confidence from first stitch to last wear. Quality materials, consistent molding, and colorfast finishes deliver long-term value. A dependable option for rugged workwear and formal attire alike, the material complies with NFPA 1975, NFPA 1977, NFPA 2112, and ASTM F1506 as of April 20, 2020.
