Upon receipt of each shipment, the customer must examine the products for defect or shortage and notify PIP® in writing within thirty (30) days after such receipt of any claims reasonably discernible within such thirty (30) day period. All claims not reasonably discernible within thirty (30) days must be made in writing within one (1) year after receipt of shipment. Any claim not timely made shall be waived.
