Chemical Guys Heavy Duty Water Spot Remover Gel for Paint, Glass, and Metal - Mineral and Water Spot Remover for Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, RVs & More - 16 oz

Hard water spots and mineral deposits are among the most stubborn challenges in detailing - left untreated, they etch into surfaces and become increasingly difficult to remove. Heavy Duty Water Spot Remover is a professional-grade gel engineered to dissolve calcium buildup, mineral staining, and water marks from paint, glass, chrome, and metal without scratching or damaging delicate finishes. The thick gel formula clings to vertical panels and glass for extended dwell time, giving the active ingredients time to break down deposits at the surface level. Apply a thin, even layer to a microfiber applicator pad, work into the affected area using light circular pressure, and allow 30-60 seconds of dwell time before wiping clean. For heavily etched or long-standing mineral buildup, two to three applications may be needed to fully lift deposits - this is normal for severe staining and not an indication of product failure.Safe on clear coat, polished metals, chrome trim, aluminum, stainless steel, and exterior glass. Works on cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, and a wide range of hard surfaces wherever mineral deposits and water staining occur. After treatment, surfaces are clean, smooth, and properly prepped for waxes, sealants, or ceramic coatings. Mineral deposits left on paint can block protective products from bonding correctly - removing them first ensures better adhesion and longer-lasting protection. Follow up with Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax or a ceramic spray coating for a complete finish.Questions about application or results? Our detailing specialists are available at 866.822.3670.
