The bun pan features sidewalls that are continuously reinforced with a horizontally engineered rib to improve its strength up to 30%. Plus, it is made using a manufacturing method that creates a residual tensile stress in the underside to prevent bowing or denting. The bun pan also has a slightly concave bottom that will flatten during heating to ensure even heat distribution.
