Citra Hop Pellets 1 oz: One of the most popular hop varieties among craft brewers, Citra hop pellets are a must-try for beer enthusiasts. Citra HBC 394 features a high alpha acid content, making it an excellent choice for imparting bitterness and flavor to your brew. Additionally, this hop has a low percentage of co-humulone, making it smoother and less harsh than other hop varieties.
Citra hops have a unique aroma profile that includes notes of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passionfruit, and lychee. The hop variety was developed in the USA and has a parentage that includes Hallertau Mittelfrüh, US Tettnang, Brewer's Gold, East Kent Golding, and an unnamed varietal.
