The Crag Hauler 40 is a tough, durable haul-bag inspired, self-standing pack with the capacity to go anywhere. Engineered for best-in-class durability with haul bag tarpaulin, reinforced ripstop nylon and bombproof YKK® zippers. The nylon roll-top closure has an additional PFCfree Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatment to make the pack water resistant. Ease of use and versatility is the name of the game here, such as the wide-opening funnel shaped roll top-flap that packs away quickly and the top flap closure that also doubles as a rope fixation. For a more stable carry, the lateral compression straps also work as rope stabilizers or can be hidden away in the structure when not in use for a sleeker look. The Crag Hauler 40 offers big volume to stash all your gear, while the self-standing design, also means that you can chuck kit straight in when you’re in a hurry. The large full length J-shaped front zip ensures easy access right the way down into the bottom of the pack. And there’s a roomy front compartment for your guidebook, lunch, tin whistle etc, a secure mesh pocket for valuables or your phone, plus internal loops for gear storage for items you want to be able to find fast. The dual-density structure padded backpanel guarantees optimum comfort – so you won’t feel your rocks or friends sticking into you back. And the padded shoulder straps with adjustable load lifters and padded hip belt ensure a comfortable and fully-adjustable carry.
