Dynafit Superlite 175 - Z12+ Alpine Touring Binding

The Dynafit Superlite 175 - Z12+ Binding is designed for the experienced backcountry tourer who knows that less is more. With each step you take to reach your transition point, you are using a limited resource. Why lug a heavy binding up the slope when a light one will make it that much easier to push for another lap. The Superlite 175 Z12+ hits this sweet spot of function with no frills attached. This binding is as straightforward as a race binding but upgraded with key features for everyday backcountry touring.

With a fixed vertical release and adjustable lateral release, you can trust this binding to release when needed and keep you locked in as you aggressively tackle your next line. The option to go brakeless with a leash or choose from the three different brake widths (75mm, 90mm, and 105mm) allow you to customize this for your personal set up. Three climbing positions lets you adjust to the varying pitches of your climb, minimizing the strain on your calves as you go for the next 1000'. Crampon compatible with any Dynafit model, you can go after the more technical missions knowing the Superlite 175-Z12+ will have your back. What's even more is the lifetime guarantee (for registered products) Dynafit offers, giving full reassurance this rugged, lightweight touring binding will have lasting value. At Cripple Creek Backcountry we've talked for years about wanting to throw a race binding on a pair of powder boards‚ and now with the Superlite 175-Z12+ we can!
