EVABarrier Double Wall Draft Tubing | Transparent Red | 4 mm ID x 8 mm OD | 39ft Roll

Easily identify your gas and beverage lines with color-coded draft tubing. Transparent Red EVABarrier is recommended for gas lines while using LightShield Black for your bev lines, saving you a headache when your draft lines inevitably get tangled up in your draft system. The semi-transparent red outer barrier makes the tubing easy to recognize even with minimal light. EVABarrier double wall tubing is an excellent choice for all draft dispensing applications. The inner barrier is an excellent gas barrier, keeping oxygen out and CO2 in. The inner wall is also extremely smooth to prevent bacteria and other microbes from attaching to the inside surface. The outer barrier gives the tubing a decent stiffness while still remaining pliable. This makes EVA Barrier remarkably kink resistant and the perfect choice for use with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. If you wish to use the tubing for beverage rather than gas, we recommend using 10-12 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 5 mm (13/64") Outer Diameter - 8 mm (5/16") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. KegLand Part Number: KL42741
