Extang 57950 Solid Fold Tool Box

The Solid Fold Toolbox is the same three-panel tonneau cover as our popular Solid Fold and accommodates an 18-20 inch toolbox. It also includes a toolbox mounting rail which easily bridges the tool box to Tonneau for a perfect fit. The L-channel design rail also provides for a weather-tite seal against the toolbox. The Solid Fold can be installed or removed in seconds. Featuring fast and easy installation with no assembly or tools required, while providing simple security by locking your tailgate. Extang’s exclusive SpeedKlamps provide instant access to the truck bed or to quickly convert Solid Fold to its folded open position to haul cargo. SpeedKlamps are made from fiberglass filled nylon for the ultimate in strength and operate with spring-action technology for easy fastening and release. The clamps conveniently stow away within the frame when not in use. The cab section secures by simply hand tightening the threaded clamp with built-in heavy-duty T handle. Solid Fold is ultra strong, yet lightweight. Entire tonneau weighs approximately 50 pounds for a 6.5 foot bed. Aircraft grade aluminum panels and 1 inch thick, alloy frame construction for incredible strength. Aluminum front hinge and hyper-extending tail hinge design provides ultimate strength, water resistance and superior performance. Sporty black textured poly-tex paint finish protects against harmful rays and fading. The frame is sealed with OEM style foam seals like that found in the door jamb of your truck ensuring that every opening/closing of your cover provides a perfect seal on your truck bed. Great for all climates. The Solid Fold Toolbox carries Extang’s Maximum Strength Warranty offering 3 years coverage. Extang has been manufacturing America’s number one selling pickup truck bed tonneau covers since 1982 which are made in the USA.
