Ideal for beers, ciders, and spirits like gin, this flavour brings a sweet-tart raspberry character that works beautifully in fruit-forward sours, IPAs, and other fruit-forward beers. Because it’s highly concentrated, only a small amount is needed to make an impact. For spirits and liqueurs, a capful per bottle is usually plenty. In food, just add a few drops and adjust to taste. If you’re adding it to beer, we recommend testing a small sample first (around 200mL), refining the flavour to your liking, then scaling the dosage for the full batch.
