Glory of the Lord Praise Dancer Figurine

Our "Glory of the Lord" figurine is a stunning tribute to the ministry of liturgical dance in the black church. Expertly crafted from high-quality resin, this figurine measures 8.25 inches (Height) x 7 inches (Length) x 5 inches (Depth). It depicts a praise dancer immersed in worship, giving all glory to the Lord and the Messiah Jesus through her expressive movements.

The dancer holds an umbrella, a symbol often associated with protection and covering. In the context of praise and worship, it signifies the divine shelter and refuge that faith provides and the unending grace that covers us.

Scripture reminds us in Psalm 29:2, "Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; the LORD in the beauty of holiness". This figurine embodies that very verse and represents the act of giving glory and praise to God.

Praise dance has a storied history in the black church, often used as a form of worship and expression of faith. It is an integral part of religious ceremonies and provides a physical manifestation of spiritual devotion and reverence. Our figurine encapsulates this rich tradition, making it an inspiring addition to any home, office, or church.

Let our "Glory of the Lord" figurine serve as a daily reminder of the power of praise and the beauty of worship and inspire you to give glory where glory is due.

The inscription on the figurine reads:

Glory of the Lord

Praise dancing is a liturgical or spiritual dance that incorporates music and movement as a form of worship rather than as an expression of art or as entertainment. Praise dancers use their bodies to express the word and spirit of God.
