Grizzly® Wild Alaskan Pollock Oil Dog Food Supplement 8 Oz

A more affordable natural Omega-3 fatty acid supplement sourced from wild Alaskan pollock. Living in the pristine, icy cold waters of the Bering Sea, wild Alaskan Pollock is an excellent and sustainable natural source of fish oil rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. It is also used worldwide as the primary source for high quality white fish products. Grizzly Pollock Oil boasts an Omega-3/6 ratio in the range of 13 to 14—one of the highest ratios in natural fish oils—close to wild salmon oil in efficacy, and far higher than farmed salmon oil (which has a typical Omega-3/6 ratio range as low as 2 to 3). Grizzly Pollock Oil provides the long chain Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which typically have 7 to 10 times higher bioavailability (efficacy) than ALA from flax or other plant sources. EPA and DHA help maintain naturally healthy skin, lustrous coat, healthy joints and a sound cardiovascular system. DHA has also been shown to be very beneficial for the nervous system, eyes, and for maintaining a naturally high fertility status. Grizzly Pollock Oil is gently extracted in a state-of-the-art production plant that handles nothing but high quality, human-grade fish products. A totally enclosed and continuous in-line extraction process ensures the oil is kept away from air until it is pumped into your pet’s food bowl. Grizzly Pollock Oil focuses on supporting healthy skin and coat, and costs approximately 20% less than Grizzly Salmon Oil… so it’s a great solution if you’re mainly looking for skin/coat support. If you’re looking for more comprehensive Omega-3 support, we recommend Grizzly Salmon Oil. Rotating between the two can help make your pet’s diet a little more interesting while saving you some money. Gently extracted, wild Alaskan pollock oil delivers the right Omega- 3 fatty acids, known as EPA and DHA. These are the only Omega- 3 fatty acids that are readily accessible for your dog’s or cat’s metabolism.
