Most aftermarket aluminum sprockets bend from sheer torque on hard landings, not from hitting objects. That forced a move back to heavy OEM steel sprockets just to stop throwing chains and damaging motors. This sprocket was designed to solve that problem by being as light as possible without compromising structural integrity. Built from one-piece 7075-T6 aluminum with beveled edges for smooth chain engagement and a high-quality black anodized finish. Rotational load tested in CAD and validated in real-world riding including full-throttle landings and object strikes. Re-gearing with this sprocket also reduces load on the stock motor and controller when running heavier wheels and tires, protecting long-term performance. Need a replacement chain? Find them HERE.
