HH18HA195 Manual Reset Limit Switch Opens at 195°F Compatible with Carrier HVAC Systems

The HH18HA195 is a manual reset limit switch designed to enhance safety in compatible HVAC systems by monitoring and preventing excessive temperatures. How It Works： In normal operation, the switch remains closed to allow power flow. When system temperatures reach 195°F, it automatically opens to cut off power, stopping operation to prevent overheating. A manual reset is required to close the switch and restore functionality—this intentional step ensures thorough inspection of the system before resuming use. Application： Compatible with select Carrier HVAC systems, this switch is designed to integrate into standard heating and cooling setups, supporting safe operation by mitigating overheat risks. When to Replace： Consider replacement if the switch fails to open at 195°F (allowing overheating) or if the manual reset function does not restore operation, as these issues may compromise system safety. This limit switch is designed to meet the operational needs of compatible HVAC systems, focusing on reliable safety control during regular use. Verify part number and system compatibility in your unit’s manual before purchase.
