- Specification: Friction head diameter: 0.624", friction head route: 4.056", vertical pressure: 9N±10%, friction head speed: 4.056/min, the number of reciprocating movements: 10 times one test, weight: 13 Lbs, size: 24x6.5x8.5 inch
- Main Components: This dry wet rubbing fastness tester is overall design, composed primarily of a base, a friction transmitting device and a counter. It accurately assesses the degree of color transfer or fading of materials under these physical effects by simulating the conditions under dry and wet friction on the surface of fabrics during daily wear and use. Provide a scientific basis for manufacturers to ensure that the product can maintain good color stability after multiple frictions, avoid dyeing spots, uneven fading and other problems caused by insufficient color fastness
- Easy Operation: Firstly, fix the sample and sand paper on one side of base with a sample holder; secondly, rocking handles, make the friction head of a white cotton cloth reciprocating motion on the sample regularly; lastly, ten times later, observe the degree of color on the cotton fabric to determine the stain or surface stability of the fabric sample. In the quality inspection process, the testing machine helps quality inspectors quickly judge whether the product meets relevant industry standards and customer requirements through standardized operation procedures and repeatable test results, effectively control production quality, and reduce the generation of unqualified products
- Widely Application: The color fastness tester is an indispensable equipment for quality testing of textiles, clothing, leather and various dyeing and processing products. Suitable for yarn, yarn-dyed, printing and dyeing textiles or all the fabric inside the product. Whether it is natural fibers such as cotton and linen, or synthetic fibers and their blended products, targeted color fastness tests can be carried out through manual dry and wet friction color fastness testing machines, providing reliable data support for product development, process improvement and quality control, and protecting the color charm and durability quality of each textile
- Warm Reminder: The counter is fragile, and the stainless steel groove and the steel plate of the base are easy to fall off, please be careful when maintaining or operating
