The Jarosz Petty Supreme Chef Set offers portable food prep that is rugged enough for the outdoors and beautiful enough for your kitchen. The handmade leather organizer is easily portable and contains:

• Black Richlite 8”x10” Cutting Board 

• Leather Strop Backed with Richlite and Loaded with Pikal Care Polishing Compound  

Starting with the modified Santoku profile that has a slightly raised tip to aid in piercing as well as rocking, this 4.5” blade kitchen knife offers extreme versatility when weight and space count. The thin flat ground AEB-L steel is perfect for the task, offering a tough blade that takes a razor’s edge coupled with high corrosion resistance.

The handle is large and rounded to accommodate any grip you need for the task at hand. We went with classic handle material and stonework to set this knife apart in your kitchen at home and at camp.

The 8”x10” Richlite cutting board has a natural look and texture from an eco-friendly paper fiber composite. These boards are durable, knife-friendly and water resistant. 

When edge maintenance is required, the oversized strop makes short work of the task. The Richlite backing keeps the strop straight while in the field. Pre-loaded polishing compound helps attain a razor edge.

To protect the knife in the drawer or while camping, Jarosz provides a unique slip sheath. Made from multiple layers of wafer board and paper, each layer is coated and sealed with polyurethane over a foam core. Our signature topo pattern is printed onto the sheath.

This modified Santoku blade is a “jack of all trades” for the camp cook. You can pierce, slice, chop and rock, making food prep a one knife mission. The thin flat ground AEB-L steel is renowned for taking a razor edge and its ability to resist rust.

Ergonomically, the handle is large and rounded with no hotspots. The handle affords total control so you can focus on your work. The inlaid stonework, Black Richlite with red G10 liners makes for a knife that is as impressive to look at as it is to use.

The 8”x10” Richlite cutting board is knife friendly, durable and water resistant.

The heavy leather strop is easy to use in the field due to its Richlite backing and preloaded polishing compound.

The slip sheath is designed to protect the knife in the drawer or during travel. Our topo pattern is printed around the entire sheath.

All of the above items fit inside the heavy leather organizing pouch for easy transport.

Our TAD Edition Petty uniquely sports three lines of stonework as a nod to our signature fullers and laser-etched Triple Aught Design logo on the blade base opposite the Jesse Jarosz Signature Knives logo.
