This instrument is intended for use by individuals aged 15 years and older. Clearances: 10-30 µm. Base frequency: 75-85 Hz. Reed stiffness: 100-130 gf. Frame stiffness: 200-400 gf. Reed dimensions: 75 x 25-30 mm. Overall dimensions: 100 x 30 x 4 mm. Weight: 35 g. This jaw harp produces a bright, dense, explosive, and truly loud sound. Minimal clearances between the reed and frame guarantee exceptional sensitivity; the Alpha "ignites" with the slightest touch. The Alpha is capable of cutting through any noise and stage mix, but the crushing dynamics are sacrificed for the variety and precision of the sound.
