Performance & Light Output

This fixture generates 30,000 lumens with a crisp 5000K daylight color temperature, maximizing visual acuity for critical tasks. With a CRI of 80+, it ensures accurate color representation for detailed inspections and safety checks. The advanced LED array maintains exceptional lumen depreciation standards, offering a 100,000-hour L70 lifespan with an efficacy of up to 150 lumens per watt.

Electrical & Controls

Equipped with a highly efficient 120-277V universal driver, this high bay ensures stable operation across standard commercial and industrial power grids. It features standard 0-10V dimming capabilities, allowing for integration with automated facility lighting systems. The internal electrical components are engineered to handle industrial power fluctuations safely, featuring robust surge protection for demanding environments.

Construction & Durability

The housing is constructed from rugged, copper-free aluminum to resist corrosion in caustic chemical environments. An impact-resistant lens protects the internal components from the high-vibration stress common in heavy industrial applications. The complete luminaire is IP66 and NEMA 4X rated, sealing it against heavy dust and direct high-pressure water streams while operating reliably between -40°F and 131°F.

Installation & Mounting

This specific configuration includes a factory-installed 25-degree stanchion mount for secure, fixed-angle positioning. The mount attaches directly to standard industrial conduit, ensuring a rigid installation that mitigates vibration and prevents shifting over time in demanding operational zones.
