Often times, two things combine so perfectly that the end result is far greater than the sum of its parts - peanut butter and jelly, macaroni and cheese, Hall & Oates - the list goes on and on. With this simple recipe, the same holds true.
Pronounced flavors of lemon, melon and herbal undertones make Lemondrop hops a natural fit for the fruity esters and spicy phenolics inherent to the classic Saison style. Pouring with perfect synergy, Lemondop Saison flaunts a deep golden color, moderate bitterness, a dry finish and an astounding depth of flavor. Be sure to ferment this recipe on the warm side to ensure full flavor development.
