Magpul DAKA® GRID Organizer for Pelican™ V800 Vault

Magpul DAKA® GRID Organizer for Pelican V800 Vault | Precision Fit Modular Case Insert

Built for Precision Fit Storage, Rifle Protection, and Modular Loadouts

The Magpul DAKA® GRID Organizer for Pelican V800 Vault is a purpose-built case insert system designed to replace traditional foam with a fully modular, impact-resistant storage solution. Engineered specifically for the Pelican Vault V800, this GRID system transforms your hard case into a clean, organized, and reconfigurable loadout platform.

Designed to secure rifles, optics, ammunition, and sensitive gear, the system uses compression-based retention to hold equipment firmly in place without shifting or damage. Whether you are transporting firearms, building a range kit, or organizing mission-critical gear, the DAKA® GRID delivers reliable protection with unmatched flexibility.

If you are searching for a Pelican V800 insert, modular rifle case organizer, foam replacement system, or custom gear storage solution, this provides a precision-fit upgrade built for real-world use.

Drop-In Installation with Modular GRID System

The DAKA® GRID Organizer is designed as a drop-in system for the Pelican V800 Vault, requiring no cutting, trimming, or tools for installation. It replaces standard foam inserts with interlocking Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) panels and blocks that create a rigid, customizable base.

The included block system features 10 double blocks and 10 triple blocks, allowing you to configure your layout around rifles, optics, and accessories. These blocks nest securely into the GRID base panels, using compression to immobilize gear and prevent movement during transport.

The center panel can be removed or modified to accommodate larger equipment up to approximately 4.25 inches wide, giving you additional flexibility for unique loadouts.

Stronger, Lighter, and More Durable Than Foam

Constructed from Expanded Polypropylene (EPP), the GRID system is lighter, stronger, and significantly more durable than traditional open-cell foam. It resists oil, water, and chemicals, ensuring your case stays clean and functional over time.

Unlike foam that degrades or absorbs contaminants, the GRID system maintains its structure and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. It also provides better impact resistance, helping protect your gear from drops and rough handling.

Why We Love the Magpul DAKA® GRID Organizer for Pelican V800:

This is a complete upgrade over standard case foam.

Instead of being locked into one layout, you can reconfigure your setup anytime your gear changes. That flexibility makes a huge difference for evolving loadouts.

It also solves one of the biggest problems with foam- absorption and breakdown. The GRID system stays clean, holds its shape, and keeps your gear secure without the mess.

If you want a long-term, modular solution for organizing and protecting your rifle case, this is one of the best options available.
