Never polish with furniture polish and avoid oil-based lubricants and creams, as these will damage the rubber. Do not rub the outside of your garment too vigorously or with a rough cloth, as this can permanently scratch the shiny surface. Cleaning: You can wash the rubber hoods in clean or damp cloths.
