Mitsubishi KP 9,000 BTU 20.2 SEER EZ FIT Ceiling Cassette Heat Pump System

The Mitsubishi 9,000 BTU single-zone EZ FIT Ceiling Cassette air handler and outdoor universal heat pump unit (MLZ-KP09NA*/SUZ-KA09NA*) is an extremely efficient heating and cooling option that is great for small- to mid-size size rooms. 

The SUZ-KA09NA* is the Mitsubishi's current 9,000 BTU outdoor heat pump model. This outdoor unit will support you even in near 0 Fahrenheit temperatures! The MLZ-KP09NA* Ceiling Cassette recesses between the 16" o.c. ceiling joists providing a clean flush-mount appearance. The slim body design fits into shallow ceiling cavities making the EZ FIT a popular selection for room upgrades or new construction projects. High/low ceiling airflow settings and automatic vane control personalize room comfort. The unit is equipped with built-in condensate lifting mechanism. This unique cassette unit is serviceable from the bottom (electrical and flare connections).

For proper installation, plan for:

1. Line Set - When hooking up the indoor air handler to the outdoor unit, you'll need a 1/4" x 3/8" line-set kit  This is necessary for the start up and operation of the system. 
2. Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The disconnect & whip kit  provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your homes' electrical panel.
3. Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad (Optional) - This pad provides an even surface, free of debris, on which to place your outdoor condenser. It can also be used with snow-risers to provide separation from the ground. 
4. Wall Bracket (Optional) - This wall bracket is a simple and sturdy way to mount your condenser unit off of the ground and attached to the wall. It can handle up to 300 lb
