Nike Free Metcon 6 Women's Workout Shoes (Soft Pearl/Pearl White/Black)

The Free Metcon 6 opens your world of workout possibilities. We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights.

• Multi-surface traction pattern is made for any workout surface and activity.
• Flywire cables give you a dynamic fit and help keep you secure during your workout.
• The upper is made of breathable, supportive engineered mesh with built-in stretch where needed, like lunging, squatting and jumping.
• A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step.
