No Boil New Zealand IPA - All Grain Beer Ingredient Recipe Kit

Our Brewbitz No Boil New Zealand IPA All Grain Beer Ingredient Kit comes with the ingredients you need to make 2 gallons of our No Boil New Zealand IPA from grain.

The Look - is lush and pale in colour, a nice yellow hue with a good haze.  Great smooth creamy fluffy white head too.

The Aroma - is of gooseberry, mango, and apple, all on top of a very light matiness in the background. A slight aroma of white wine.

The Taste - is zingy, the gooseberry from the hops makes it tingle on the tip of the tongue. Smooth, light, but with a good body.  A nice sweetness and a little bitterness. You can taste the gooseberry and the mango and the skin of an green apple.  There is a little dryness combined with the light bitterness that gets the mouth watering and making you want to go back for more.

Alcohol - This All Grain Beer Kit will brew to approx. 6% ABV

More Info On the All Grain Ingredient Kit

This all grain beer kit Includes malts, hops and yeast. The only extra thing you'll need is water. This great beer is easy to make up and you'll be making another one as soon as you've tasted it!

We originally made a "no boil beer" as an experiment after reading about breweries not boiling the wort and still making amazing beers.  This beer was our second recipe "no boil beer", which also turned out to be delicious, so we decided to make a range of no boil all grain beer kits for you to try brewing for yourself.

Using malts from Warminster Malting who use traditional floor malting methods, this all grain beer kit is a little different to those you have probably made before.

If you have an all in one beer machine (e.g. a Grain Father) then you can use that, but the 2 gallon (9 litre) kit, we have designed it to be a 'Brew In the Bag' beer kit, so that anyone with some very basic brewing equipment and a stove can brew it.

This all grain beer kit does not need to have the wort boiled, so is fast to make, which means it does not create a lot of steam and saves on electric, but still creates an amazingly tasty beer.
