It may be the black sheep in nut world, but don't underestimate the small, but mighty peanut!
These organic dry roasted peanuts are perfect to grab as a snack as you head out the door, getting ready for a workout, or are craving a crunchy bite.
Peanuts are loaded with protein, fiber, polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. In addition, research has found they are an excellent source of compounds like resveratrol, phenolic acids, flavonoids and phytosterols that block the absorption of cholesterol from diet.
Did you know you can easily make your own peanut butter at home? Simply put the peanuts in a blender or food grinder. Grind them, and then if desired, add salt, honey, or extra oil to improve the spreadability, and enjoy!
"They laughed when I opened my package of Country life Dry Roasted organic unsalted Peanuts!
All my friends scoffed at my last peanut purchase, they turned up their noses and started talking about almonds, cashews, well .., you've probably experienced the same thing. And then, I offered them a County Life dry roasted unsalted peanut! That changed their tune. Once they they crunched down on one of those tasty yummy dry roasted peanuts, they couldn't get enough of them. They ate so many I ran out.
So here I am ordering some more.., and this time I'm ordering twice as much! Seriously though, they are delicious." - Alan C.
