The shallow V-hull and large rounded chines deliver the same confidence-inspiring stability and edged manoeuvrability that made the Cetus a favourite among expedition sea kayakers worldwide. The swede form hull keeps the widest point behind the seat, balancing stability with forward efficiency on long open-water days. Like all Cetus models, the HV actually improves as it's loaded up, with four hatches enabling balanced gear distribution across weeks-long trips along Canada's coastal and inland waterways.

The low rear deck supports rolling and re-entry without a fight, and the paddle shaft recess gives you a controlled brace point when getting back in after a swim. Full deck lines and elastics keep safety and convenience gear accessible in any conditions. Five layup options let you match construction to your priorities, from the 48 lb Ultralight up to the Heavy Duty build for maximum durability.
