This impression mat is a quick and easy way to create textured edible paste.

Details:

Use to add texture and an intricate pattern into rollout icing as sugar paste, modelling paste, gum paste, modelling chocolate and marzipan.

Simply roll over the top with your rolling pin or spread melted candy buttons over the surface to achieve a different finish to any project.

Impression mats can be cut to size, use either side to emboss or raise the pattern in your paste

Flexible, strong and easy to wash

To clean mat use warm soapy water.
