  • High Heat Stability - Withstands temperatures up to 150°C, making it ideal for hot environments like garages, car interiors, or sun-exposed surfaces. HT-PLA-GF resists warping or deformation—perfect for garden tools, garage organizers, and vehicle-mounted parts.
  • Effortless Printing – HT-PLA-GF prints with PLA-like ease while supporting speeds up to 350 mm/s. Delivers smooth extrusion, hides layer lines and provides excellent dimensional accuracy, making it a dependable choice for print farms and high-throughput production workflows.
  • HT-PLA vs HT-PLA-GF – HT-PLA offers high heat resistance with the same strength as regular PLA, making it ideal for aesthetic or non-load-bearing prints. For added stiffness, strength, and annealability, HT-PLA-GF is the better choice for functional parts.
  • Shipping & Storage Ready – Designed to retain form and print quality during long-haul shipping or extended storage. HT-PLA-GF resists heat-induced deformation, making it ideal for printed parts that need to be stored, transported, or distributed without structural loss.
  • Excellent Surface Finish – Achieve a textured, satin surface finish with minimal post-processing. HT-PLA-GF prints cleanly and consistently, making it ideal for parts where both function and appearance matter—such as garage brackets, outdoor enclosures, or exposed utility prints.
  • Spool Packaging & Feed – Each spool is made from rigid cardboard with reinforced edges for smooth feeding and minimal dust. Compatible with AMS, dry boxes, and most spool holders; easy to store, easy to load—optimized for efficiency in organized print setups.
  • Made for Makers & Engineers – Trusted by engineers, hobbyists, and print farms alike, HT-PLA-GF delivers reliable results across production batches. Ideal for repeatable printing of strong parts like workbench tools, jigs, fixtures, or machine-ready prototypes.
  • Hardened Nozzle Recommended – HT-PLA-GF contains glass fibers and may wear standard brass nozzles over time. Use a hardened steel or ruby-tipped nozzle for optimal performance, consistent extrusion, and to extend the life of your hotend components on extended jobs.
  • Annealing for Performance – Unlock greater thermal performance by annealing prints at 100°C for 30 minutes. Annealing improves heat deflection and dimensional stability—ideal for parts used in warm environments or under repeated functional stress.
  • Reinforced Functionality – HT-PLA-GF is reinforced with glass fiber for added stiffness and reliability. Ideal for tool mounts, mechanical brackets, and functional enclosures where dimensional accuracy and heat resistance are critical to long-term performance.
