Precision NPT 3/4 x 14 Threading Die by VLKEL

The thread gauge ring must screw onto the thread of the work piece by hand, without excessive force, over its entire length. If this is not possible, the thread does not meet the required standards (defective). The reference temperature for the work pieces and gauges is 20°C. Upon request, VÖLKEL can provide a factory calibration certificate (price on request). Calibration is performed in an independent laboratory, following the specified standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI), using IAC thread scanners.

• Manual Threading Test: The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the Werkstück's thread smoothly by hand, without excessive force
• Thread Quality Check: If the Gewindelehrring cannot be screwed on, the Werkstück's thread may not meet the required standards (rejected)
• Reference Temperature: The Werkstücke and Lehren are calibrated at a reference temperature of 20°C
• Calibration & Certification: VÖLKEL offers a Werkskalibrierschein upon request. Calibration is performed in an independent lab following specified norms (DIN, ISO, ANSI) on IAC-Gewindescannern
