Precision Threading Die - M74 x 4.0 (Tolerance 6g) by VLKEL

The thread gauge ring must screw onto the thread of the work piece by hand, without excessive force, along its entire length. If this is not possible, the thread does not meet the required standards (defective). The reference temperature for the work pieces and gauges is 20°C. Upon request, VÖLKEL can provide a factory calibration certificate (price on inquiry). Calibration is performed in an independent testing laboratory according to the specified standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI) on IAC thread scanners.

• Manual Threading Test: The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the workpiece's thread smoothly by hand without excessive force
• Thread Quality Check: If the Gewindelehrring cannot be screwed onto the thread, the thread does not meet the required standards (rejected)
• Reference Temperature: The reference temperature for both workpieces and gauges is 20°C
• Calibration Certificate: VÖLKEL, as the manufacturer, can provide a factory calibration certificate upon request (price available on inquiry)
• Independent Calibration: The calibration process is carried out in a laboratory independent of VÖLKEL's production, following the specified standards and norms (DIN, ISO, ANSI) for the respective test item
