- 【4500LBF Pulling Force – Handles Regular & Specialty Rivets】 With 2040KGF (4500LBF) of pulling pressure, this rivet gun powers through standard rivets AND specialty rivets – including Seal/Hamer rivets, closed-end rivets, and other non-standard types. The 21mm maximum stroke handles most rivet lengths with one pull. (For longer rivets 14-20mm/12-18mm mandrel length, simply pull twice to complete the break.) Whether you're working with aluminum, steel, or stainless steel rivets, this tool delivers consistent results
- 【Lightweight Body – Heavy Power, Less Fatigue】 Weighing only 1.32kg (2.9 lbs) , this riveter reduces operator fatigue during extended use – yet it doesn't sacrifice power. The compact, balanced design allows one-handed operation in tight spaces. An ideal choice for automotive repair shops, boat builders, and HVAC installers who use riveters all day long
- 【4 Nosepieces + 360° Swivel Air Inlet】 Includes 4 interchangeable nosepieces for the most common rivet sizes: 3/32" (2.4mm), 1/8" (3.2mm), 5/32" (4.0mm), and 3/16" (4.8mm) – the 4.8mm nosepiece comes pre-installed. The 360° swivel air inlet with interchangeable US (NPT) / EU (BSPT) fittings allows the air hose to rotate freely, preventing kinks and improving maneuverability in tight engine bays or boat compartments
- 【Complete Kit – Spare Jaws & Accessories Included】 This kit has everything you need: main tool, 4 nosepieces (4.8mm pre-installed), 3 spare jaw sets (jaws are consumables – replace after extended use), rivet collection bottle, oiler, hex key, and user manual. The foam-lined cardboard box keeps everything organized and protected. Ready to use right out of the box
- 【Versatile Applications – Auto, Marine, Construction, Home】 Perfect for auto body repair, boat building, HVAC ductwork, gutter installation, trailer manufacturing, and home workshops. The rivet collection bottle catches spent mandrels for easy cleanup. Whether you're a professional mechanic, marine technician, or passionate DIYer, this pneumatic riveter delivers professional-grade results job after job
- ✅ Universal Compatibility – One Tool for All Common Rivets Works seamlessly with standard rivets and special types including structural lock rivets, multi-grip rivets, closed-end rivets, and more. No need to switch tools for different rivet styles. Get the job done faster with one reliable tool
- Q: Why is the rivet not broken off in one pulling stroke? A: When the rivet length falls between 14-20 mm, a single 14 mm stroke is insufficient to fully set the rivet body and fracture the mandrel. Therefore, two pulling strokes are required to complete the fastening process and break the rivet
