Whey Protein Concentrate Pure

• Whey Protein range uses only a premium quality New Zealand whey protein concentrate (82% protein), made with the milk from grass-fed cows. Whey protein contains one of the richest sources of branch chain amino acids, which has the benefit of assisting muscle recovery and health.

Organic Vanilla Bean Powder

• Organic raw vanilla bean powder is made from 100% pure ground vanilla beans sourced from South Pacific islands, which contain no preservatives or fillers. With the equivalent of eight vanilla bean pods in every pouch you can be assured of a delicious taste and aroma, which is complemented with a hint of cinnamon.

Nutrition and Usage

Directions

• Mix 3 scoops (included) with 200ml of skim milk or water. Shake well. Try blending PURE Whey Protein with yogurt, fruit or berries to make a delicious smoothie.

Suggested Use

• Take 1 - 3 servings per day depending on your diet and activity level. Use 60 – 90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. Also great for a morning or afternoon snack, or when additional protein is needed in your diet.

• This product should be used in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate exercise program. All claims are for the product when prepared as directed. Pregnant or lactating women should use only under medical or dietetic supervision.
