What matters when it comes to oral health? The key to oral health is good habits, not gimmicks. It's less about which products you use, more about how well you use them.

Consistent routine: Consistently brushing and flossing is the key to preventing major oral health problems, yet 50% of us don't brush twice a day (and even fewer floss). quip's sleek, lightweight design makes brushing simple and enjoyable, so you're more likely to do it twice every day.

Correct technique: We've been led to believe that the more we spend and the more features we brush with, the better the clean, but it's not about what you use, it's the way you use it! And the same goes for floss. quip has the features teeth need, including timed sonic vibrations with guiding pulses.

Regular upkeep: Regular product refresh and dental visits are a health need, not just a hygiene one. Yet 75% of us don't change our bristles or visit the dentist on time. And we've all lied to our dentist about how much we're flossing. For a healthy clean, quip auto-delivers fresh brush heads every 3 months.

Our journey began at a neighborhood dentist in New York, with a suggestion to use the “cheapest electric brush available” to fight the common, damaging brushing habits most people have. Brushing too hard, not long enough or twice a day, not flossing or replacing your brush, and skipping the dentist are issues many of us ignore. Yet they have a far bigger impact on oral health than a "super ultra sonic" brush could ever have alone. So we fixed it.

We saw three main causes behind the problems: overly complex functionality, clunky products, and a total lack of services to cater to the modern lifestyle. So we made it our mission to create honest, accessible, and simple oral care products that helped focus on the habits that really matter. And the result? Simple, beautifully designed electric toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss for the whole family, catered to your lifestyle.
