This direct bolt-on mount replaces the factory rear engine torque damper, significantly improving traction, shifting response, and eliminating wheel hop under hard acceleration. Each mount is CNC machined from high-quality aircraft-grade billet aluminum and features a solid 80 durometer polyurethane bushing. The bushing’s stiffness is carefully balanced to optimize stability while minimizing excess vibration transfer to the chassis. Expect improved handling, better grip during acceleration, and smoother gear changes. Installation is quick and straightforward—no engine support required—and the mount uses all OEM hardware. Like all aftermarket mounts, there will be an increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), which typically subsides after a 1,000 to 2,000 mile break-in period.
