  • 【High tensile strength alloy steel】 Built with 190,000 PSI tensile strength alloy steel, this 45 lbs olympic bar securely handles up to 1000 lbs of weight capacity, ensuring stability during heavy powerlifting without bending.
  • 【Medium depth knurling with center knurl】 The 28mm grip provides a secure hold that does not tear your hands, while the added center knurl prevents slipping during back squats. The hard chrome finish resists oxidation and wear.
  • 【Smooth rotation system】 Equipped with four needle bearings and two brass bushings, the 2-inch sleeves spin smoothly to reduce strain on your wrists and elbows during fast explosive movements like cleans or snatches.
  • 【Versatile for multiple training styles】 Designed for home gym setups and strength training beginners to intermediate lifters. It is fully compatible with standard 2-inch olympic weight plates for compound exercises.
  • 【Double layer packaging protection】 We ship the barbell in reinforced double-layer packaging to prevent transit damage. It includes a comprehensive starter guide to help you start your strength training routines out of the box.
