Order ship in 3-4 weeks. Selected Peppers and Tomatoes take center-stage to make Arriba! Medium Fire-Roasted Mexican Morita Salsa. We use Morita (or little blackberry) Peppers, that are dark in color and have just a touch of smoke. They are blended with Roasted Fresh Tomatoes along with Onions, Garlic and Spices, and slow-cooked over an open flame for a rich flavor and incredible robust, smoky taste. Our fire-roasting process – originating from ancient Mayan and Aztec cultures – enhances the flavor of our fresh ingredients. Perfect for dipping or as a special ingredient to enhance the taste of your dishes. Established in 1988, the Barrios family still owns and operates Riba Foods, manufacturer of Arriba! Salsas and Dips and the premier provider of “fire-roasted” products for all cuisines
