Leathers may have natural markings which add character to the piece and no two are alike.Frame Construction:Â Combining the artistry of traditional hand craftsmanship with contemporary manufacturing techniques, we create frames that rank among the upholstery industry's finest. Each frame undergoes meticulous cutting and precise hand assembly, utilizing kiln-dried lumber. To ensure durable and robust joints, double dowels are employed in all structural components. Additionally, for enhanced stability, we incorporate large corner blocks that are expertly cut and strategically positioned at high-stress corners. These blocks are securely fastened using a combination of adhesives and screws, completing the construction process.
