- Slim profile design keystone jacks offer the advantage of space efficiency and a sleek appearance without compromising on performance. They are particularly useful in installations where space is limited or a clean and organized network appearance is desired.
- Compatibility: 45 angled keystones are designed to be compatible with standard keystone openings found in patch panels, wall plates, surface mount boxes, or other types of mounting hardware. They should fit properly and align with other standard keystone jacks.
- Standards Compliance: Cat5e keystone jacks comply with industry standards, such as the ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 and ISO/IEC 11801, ensuring compatibility and interoperability with other networking components.
- Termination Method: Cat5e keystone jacks may feature different termination methods, such as punch-down or tool-less termination. Punch-down jacks require the use of a punch-down tool to secure the individual wires onto metal contacts, while tool-less jacks have mechanisms that allow the wires to be inserted and secured without any additional tools.
- Gold Plated Contacts: Corrosion Resistance - Helps to protect them from eveloping surface oxidation, ensuring a reliable and durable connection over time. Improved Signal Transmission - help minimize signal loss or interference, leading to improved signal transmission and potentially better overall network performance. Enhanced Durability: The gold plating on the contacts can also improve the durability and longevity of the keystone jack.
