Schneider Black Forest 13" Musical Beer Drinkers and Bell Tower Eight Day Movement Cuckoo Clock

The hand carving that Schneider employs for all its clocks is clearly evident on this Black Forest chalet cuckoo clock. This clock features a hand carved roof, base, ornaments, a bell tower with working bell, and four German beer drinkers. Two beer drinkers raise their steins to the call of the cuckoo on every half and full hour, while the other two raise their steins to the music that plays on the hour. This clock also features dancing couples figurines who move to two beautiful twenty-two note Swiss melodies. This cuckoo clock is finished with an antique stain. Three pinecone weights hang from the bottom: one to keep the time, one for the cuckoo call, and a third for the music that plays.
