CAVITY SIZE:

INFO: Made of food grade silicone. Working temps -60 to +240° C. Durable and safe for freezer, oven and microwave. Features non-stick and easy to release from the mold.

TIP FOR USE: coat the inside of the mold with chocolate, allow to set and then add a mousse and round of cake or brownie. Seal the bottom with more chocolate and allow to set. Unmold and add an apple stick made from chocolate of from one of the varieties we carry.

NOTE: Hand wash only in hot soapy water and dry well before using. Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents. Do not use sharp utensils, use under a broiler, on a hot plate or near an open flame. If you are baking with this mold, spray lightly with non stick cooking spray and place on a baking sheet to keep it level and to ease removal from the oven. These molds are made of food grade silicone.
