The Fairies of Inishowen: Tara the Earth Fairy

Tara is the Earth Fairy, the one who cares for plants, animals, and all living things. She wears soft green colors and sparkles with tiny flowers in her hair. Tara can grow plants in an instant, move the earth to make a mountain or a hole, and even create a bridge from strong twisting vines. Her gentle magic reminds children that nature is powerful, beautiful, and always close by. She teaches children to care for gardens, notice tiny creatures, and celebrate the changing seasons. With Tara nearby, the world feels safe, calm, and full of life and wonder. Read more
