Hat and scarf need "tacking" back to body with thread
Hat hat a bell that jingles if shaken
Some black marking on tush tag and the white
"mouth" rim is dingy as pictured but this is common in these old barney plush toys
The body and plush are in great shape with plastic odor from many years of being in storage
The ball on the hat needs laundered and does have some fuzzies but the ball could be easily replaced
